The bus will leave NSCI for OSRUI at 4:45 pm on Friday, February 28th.

In 2025, NSCI’s annual Karav Teen Retreat returns to OSRUI in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin! On Karav, teens participate in games, social programs, discussions, and religious services designed and led by other teens. It’s a weekend of Jewish learning and fun, meant to deepen connections between each other and with our Jewish identity.

The cost of attendance is $150 if your teen is not enrolled in Kehilah and that includes all meals and events throughout the weekend. Those already participating in Kehilah can attend the retreat for free.

Emergency Medical Care

By submitting this enrollment, you give consent to the Education Director of the Goodman Center for Jewish Education, or a person designated as such, to make available to my child(ren) professional emergency medical care if such care is indicated. Emergency care includes transportation to a hospital, X-Rays, routine tests, and treatment, including hospitalization if indicated. I further give my permission to release any medical information to those medical practitioners providing emergency medical services. It is understood that a conscientious effort will be made to notify the parents as soon as possible and, in the event of a non-emergency medical situation before medical care is provided.

Photos and Videos

From time to time, we take pictures or make videos of our programs. These images are used to decorate our walls, publicize programs, and further Jewish living and learning. We may use the images in print, on our web site, or on social media. Children’s names are not publicized with the pictures or videos. By submitting this registration, you agree to allow us to use pictures and videos of your child/children and/or your family in any medium for educational, promotional, or other purposes that support the mission of North Shore Congregation Israel.
